Personal Training
Claire is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Whether you want to lose weight, train for a 10K, have more energy for your family, get in shape for your wedding, or simply enhance your workouts, she will design fun and creative workouts as you progress towards your goals.
Based in New York City, Claire trains clients privately or in small groups. She travels to you and will work with you in your residential building gym, office fitness center, local park, or home. If your space is small or lacking ideal equipment, she will bring her own portable equipment and can turn a small area into a fully functional space.
